Admission Process

1. Submit Admission Enquiry

   Parents may visit the school campus or fill out the Online Admission Enquiry Form available on the school website.

2. Complete Registration

   Fill out the Admission Registration Form and submit it along with the registration fee.

   Registration Fee: ₹500/- (Non-Refundable)

   Payment Modes Accepted: Cash, Cheque, Demand Draft (DD), or Online Transfer

   Payable In Favour Of: Madhav International School

   Bank: UCO Bank

   Branch: Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh

3. Submit Required Documents

   Please attach the following documents with the admission form:

   • Copy of Mark Sheet of the Last Class Passed
   • Original Transfer Certificate (TC) and Character Certificate
   • Six (6) Passport Size Photographs of the Student
   • Copy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable)
   • Copy of Aadhaar Card or Birth Certificate
   • One (1) Family Photograph
   • Copy of Address Proof
   • Registration Fee Payment Receipt

4. Student Assessment / Interaction

   Depending upon the class applied for, the student may be required to appear for:

   • Personal Interaction
   • Basic Entrance Assessment

5. Admission Confirmation

   After successful document verification and assessment (if applicable), the admission will be approved by the school administration.

   Parents will receive:

   • Admission Confirmation Letter
   • Student Enrollment Number
   • Fee Payment Details

6. Fee Payment

   To confirm admission, parents must deposit:

   • Admission Fee
   • Annual Charges
   • First Quarter Tuition Fee
   • Transport Fee (if applicable)
