Dr. Urmani Kaushal

Director, Madhav International School

Dr. Urmani Kaushal is an educationist, researcher, and technology professional with over a decade of experience in higher education, academic administration, and educational innovation. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with specialization in Distributed Real-Time Systems and has served as a faculty member at prestigious institutions including Bundelkhand University, Jhansi and Mody University of Science and Technology, Rajasthan.

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Kaushal has been actively involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting research, publishing scholarly papers, and implementing technology-driven learning solutions. His expertise spans Computer Science, Educational Technology, Learning Management Systems, Robotics, Digital Learning, and Academic Administration.

As the Director of Madhav International School, his vision is to bring quality, value-based, and future-oriented education to the students of Bundelkhand. He firmly believes that education should not merely prepare students for examinations but should empower them with knowledge, character, confidence, creativity, and leadership skills required for life.

Under his leadership, Madhav International School has continuously worked towards integrating modern educational practices, technology-enabled learning, experiential education, and holistic development programs while remaining deeply rooted in Indian culture and values.
